truck battery?

Default truck battery?

i have a 2006 toyota x runner and i put new subs in abotu a month ago and now my battery keeps dying, i had this problem before when i first got the truck and i had subs installed but i took them out. i put new wires and fuses in. anyone no what the problem might be? could it just be the battery?

sounds like your amp is staying on after you turn the truck off . check to see if your remote wire is powering off the amp with the truck key off .if your still getting power to the amp with the truck key off then your remote wire is not hooked up correctly. the remote wire is normally blue for after market units .

i just went to look at it and when i turn the truck off the amp seems to go off, but i got a new amp because i thought that might be the problem but i guess not

it could definetly be the battery , but there could be somethin else draining the batt, how long does it take for the battery to drain.

well i have had the subs in for like two months and now it wont start all the time, but when i took them out over the summer i had no problems. but it does it atleast once a week
