Question TPS CALIBRATION PROBLEM

Name: Jeff

Problem: I put TPS on B16A2 and calibrated the TPS closed to 0.48V thats as far as it would go, and wide open Throttle body is ONLY 3.6V Should be 4.5 to 5.0V!!!PLEASE GIVE FACTS OF WHAT IT MAY BE

yes WOT should be 4.5 to 5 volts. with the throttle plate closed the tps should be reading .45 volts. Are you rotating the throttle arm by hand or the gas pedal ? If you are rotating it with the gas pedal it sounds like you need to tighten the throttle cable.

No straight off TB outside of car!! its puzzling man its ERKING my nerves cuz ill never get the power thats there if I cant fix this problem

The throttle body stop is too far extended is my guess. So its partially opening the butterfly even when completely sitting idle.

No butterflys on this I have what looks to be a Type-r replica ITM...didnt know you could adjust throttle body stop

any carbon buildup or obstructions in the opening?
