The old addage, bigger is usually better. So the biggest you can find really.

Also the old Ford 5.0 throttle bodies bolt right up from what I have heard. You can source one from a junk yard for about $25-$50 easy. Only thing is you have to fab the wiring from a 4 wire TPS to a 3 wire I beleive. Or its the other way around. I cant remember. I think that TB is like 65mm also.

also u have to take into consideration, is your intake manifold 70mm? if not then a 70mm TB will be virtually a waste.

I have a B16 manifold that has been bored out and will fit a 70mm throttle body just need to match it up.

Erick's is a completely new billet TB, while the others use cores and modify them. I think.

Not true, you will still have significant HP gains, but if you can get your intake manifold ported , then youll gain alot more HP. I know because I did it to my EVO and a few of my friends got bigger TBs and it was a good gain(HP)

Bigger is not better, if you're bigger than than what you need for flow, you're going to lose velocity. So you'll lose power if you go too large. Don't just throw something on, do your homework and size it correctly.
