Third brake light; How to change bulb on civic hatch?

Third brake light; How to change bulb on civic hatch?
I have a 94 civic hatchback. Do I need to take off the spoiler to change the light bulb? I took off the bottom cover but can't seem to pop out the lens. Someone help me before I break something.

if you want any actual car knowledge I recomend that you just go to honda-tech.com and use the search button. People on here are dicks.
