Tein Tech H vs. Tech S? Suspension?

Tein H Tech vs. S Tech?
ok so I have been looking all around on different forums etc trying to get info on Tein H techs vs S techs? So far Ive heard s techs give a more significant drop and better handling, where as h techs dont drop as much.
I have an 06 Acura RSX and what I am looking for is a lowered ride that is smooth and not bumpy at all. (ie:comparable to stock)
And if thats not the best lowering springs to go with, what is the best set up to get that kind of ride?
