Default t3 turbo install question on honda

Hey, I was told you have to turn the turbo so that the oil return/feed lines are facing correctly, but I am not sure if this is absolutely neccesary. I also need to know how it is done, and where the line flanges should be when turning it if it has to be done. Let me know guys.

drain line should be on the bottom....feed line on the top....if you dont install correctly you could blow a seal in the turbo
