Okay, you've got a set of RCAs coming out from the SUB out on the back of your HU, along with a wire from the REMOTE off the back of your HU? Then you ran the RCAs to the IN on the amp? Also, the REMOTE is screwed down on the post? You wired the sub in correctly, right? + and - speaker terminals and didn't bridge them?

I have RCA's coming from the HU to the input on the amp, and the back of my head unit didnt have a thing to put the remote wire, so I hooked that up to the power antenna. the other end of the remote is screwed down to the amps post, and the speaker terminals are in there right, but bridge? im not sure what that means, Im not a big audio person.

It was working for a moment, then I put the lil jon on, and my sub went crazy and started making a wierd bumbumbumbumbum bum noise even when the song was on pause, then I turned it off, and it doesnt work anymore, the amp is still getting power though

Make sure your ground is good. I had a bad ground once and it took me forever to figure it out.
