Default suspension problems

I have a 97 Civic with a b-series swap on it I just put tokico blue shocks & tein springs. It seems when im going about 80 miles on the freeway and i bounce i feel like theres no resistance on the front and my bumper scratches the road. and sometimes when i turn real sharp one side of the car seems to just roll over to one side and it scratches on the road also. What may this problem be related to. The front of the car feels very soft.

How old are the shocks and what is the spring rate of the springs.

Sounds as if the shocks are blown. Shocks are what control the bound & rebound of the car anyhow.

As for the roll. How fast are you going?
