Well he is the scenario, i need ideas for modifications i can do to a '98 CIVIC DX Hatchback, that dont draw attention to them. when i say that i mean, looking in the engine bay they cant see there is an aftermarket intake or a hugh strut brace chromed out. I need unoticeable like that. trying to hide it from certain family members. yeah, mom and dad, but they bought the car so i have to seem like i am abiding by the rules, of not modifing it right now. lol. So any suggestions are welcome!

gut the factory airbox and put a drop in K&N filter in there.

well i would say do an engine swap. i dont think they would remember if thats the same engine or not.

if u got the engine swap to maybe a b16 or whatever, u could run a JDM 4-1 ITR header with the upper heatshield. it looks like stock header, and with the headsheild there, they cant tell.

for an intake, i would suggest comptechs icebox. good gains and it looks like a stock intake.

and for an exhaust, u could run something like the orginial RSR or something like that. if u can find one.
