Default sr20 help

cant get the gauge cluster to get power, checked all the grounds and replaced it with buddies working cluster... and still wont work, all the lights , blinkers, warnings etc. come on, but gas, temp, rpm, and speed (its not hooked up though) wont budge, and at one point when the car was started...the speedo bounced up to what appeared to be the rpm's of the car. my car is almost done except making seat rails, paint, but whats holding us back is the fucking cluster...PLEASE HELP
thinking its because were using the jdm cluster harness that came with the clip and the car is an auto to man. swap

Check the fuse box inside the car. There could be a faulty socket. Also double check the wiring from the fuse box to the cluster as there could be some damage wire. Do not forget to double check your grounds while you are at it.
