Default speedometer doesn't work
i have 93 civic coupe dx and my speedometer just stops working sometimes. i can get to come back by chirping 2nd gear sometimes but it doesnt always work. what will fix it?

The speed sensor on the transmission sounds like it is going bad.

dun only say speedsensor....my speedometer head burnt out coz of a faulty signal...but you should the sensor soon because the faulty wave pattern can screw up the speedometer head

put a speed sensor in it, its right on top of the tranny, torwards the rear, got a 3 wire plug on it, pretty easy
