this sucks, finally decided to see where the top end was. i hit 120mph when the governor kicked in, only doin about 5-5500rpm too. what can i do to change this. i drive a 95 integra B18b.

On S-10's you can just wire one of the speed sensor wires to a switch and flip it on and off. Not sure if it works for imports too or not.

 

an upgrade to your EMS.

 

The cheapest and easiest way hands down is a Feild VAFC or AFC if you can find one , They are cheap used and easy to install and on the back you can change the dipswitches so that it removes the speed limiter. I know you dont have vtec but you can still use the vafc ( it doesnt matter and wont cause a cel ) , and maybe one day down the road you can get your hands on a b16 head and your ready for vtec with the vafc already in the car. Just a thought.

speed limiter, my car doesnt know what that is., and im with merf i shift to 4th just around 120.
