Default Specialty Tool #8370

I'm lowering my car. For the installation of the adjustable rear arms, it says to use specialty tool #8370. I was wondering if anyone new what tool it was, where i might be able to rent/borrow/buy one, and if there is no place to obtain one...I was wondering if you know a way to do this without the tool. Here is the part of the instructions that requests the use of this tool

Remove the nut from the upper ball joint and break the taper with Specialty Tool #8370. Remove the inner mounting bolt and remove the arm from the vehicle.

Thanks for your time and help.

It doesnt seem like breaking the taper bould be that hard, but I figure there is a reason for the creation of specialty tool #8370, which is why I am asking for your help.

BFH and a pickle fork. you can get one from any auto parts store, about 5 bucks.

and if you have to ask what a BFH is, you do not need to be working on cars.

A pickle fork will work, just be careful not to damage the rubber dust cover. You can borrow one from autozone. Usually the special tools are just fancy versions of the universal stuff i.e engineered to not damage the dust boot. Good luck.
