i got this car 94 civic d15b7. was supposed to have a rebuilt motor dont know if it is or not. well the pick up tube for the oil pump was extremely lose so fixed that, know it smoke all the time more when you rev or come down off of rev. motor has only been run once since rebuild 1 year ago. my cuz got it and had to finish hooking it back up. he started it and the oil light came on so he shut it off. he thought it was the oil pump. so it sat tell i picked it up. now its getting oil in the #4 cylinder but runs great. just smoke it but off. any help would be great.

all valve adjustment good. dont know if the oil ring was meesed up from
a- sitting then ran with no oil presure
b- was not rebuilt
c- the guy didnt know what he was doing.
just going by word of mouth that it was rebuilt. crazy cuz this is why he said it was rebuilt.
