SMIC for 240sx
alright since i cant really find the smic for my 240 im building i was wondering is it possible to use a SMIC from a DSM if so ill go to the junkyard this week and snatch one off DSM whenever i get a chance

You can pick up a Starion/Conquest FMIC for cheap, and if that is the option it would be better then a SMIC that needs custom piping, as they'll both need custom piping.

reason why i wanted the SMIC is b/c i didnt want to go thru the trouble of having to relocate the battery to the back. Eventually ill do the FMIC but for right now i just wanna get used to the car and everything before i get serious with it

I have a FMIC and my battery is in the stock location. You just have to make your own piping kit. And if you're going to have to do that anyway, you might as well do it w/ a FMIC.

alright well looks like ill be gettin a FMIC then. Does anybody know where i can get a fmic at a decent price. This is my first swap and first turbo car so this is like a learning expirience for me. BTW if anybody is willing to come to stafford and help me out with the swap let me know ill hook u up wit a 20% discount on any part you need from autozone.
