aight from like 2-5k my car seems really sluggish, as im accelerating at about half throttle it will feel like it has power and then kinda stop accelerating and then go again....i changed the spark plugs and it stopped doing it for about 2 days?

nope, no noise, ive got an extra distributor cap, im going to put that on sometime tonite probably, it feels like when my distributor cap got soaked in water in my hatch, it feels like im driving a fuckin dx.

did you screw around w/ your distr. at all to maybe move it? if your timing is too far retarded you could have those same problems....

Is there any more info you could give us???
Have you done a valve adjustment lately?
Are you using factory honda parts??
If it was me I would do like scott said and use honda sh*t only then maybe change the fuel filter!!
