Why don't you check the code yourself, then you'll know the issue, then you'll know what to fix.

did you possibly swap the iacv and tps sensor plugs? its actually a common mistake

Its possibly throwing a code for iab, matter of fact im almost certain it is.

It's a P28, so unless it's running a P72 program without the IAB output disabled then there is no way it could be an IAB code.

true. but since he was tuned using a stock gsr intake manifold perhaps IAB output wasnt disabled then

IAB is for certain disabled.. thanks though.. I might just check the god damn codes tonight!!!

Very possible ill check that.. I felt like the harness is pretty much dummy proof but I guess not :)

Those two plugs are the same.

Anytime im working on someone elses car i always somehow get them mixed up lol

That's a horrible shortcoming on Honda's part. The first rule of designing something like that is to idiot-proof it so the plugs can't be mixed up. It doesn't matter if it's mechanically keyed or just color keyed/matched, something should have been done.
