Fixed the problem was Throw out bearing

So u would think a whole clutch not a throwout bearing or syncros? o

if you pull the tranny and only replace the throwout bearing...you need more help...unless its a brand new clutch..

and check and see if the slave cylinder is working like it should...

I would just buy a new slave cylinder.. there cheap enough.

Slave cylinder is opening and closing fine I checked that, I lowered my car 2 days ago not sure if that has anything to do with it

It grinds real bad putting it into 1st all other gears it doesn't but it's not smooth like it was it won't let me downshift no grinds just won't go

What kinda car is it first? And it sounds like hydrolics, could be throwout bearing also.

its a 96 civic coupe with a ls vtec swap, never done this before so im unsure why its doing this. Its just weird normally its like butter going into a gear now its like i gotta put some ass behind my shifts which is annoying cause when comming to a red light i need to let it grind and slam it into first gear

havent been said ,but you said you just lowered your car a few days a go and then all this started to happen .you might have bottome out somewheres. have you checked your shift linkage bushins ?and check to see if you havent bent your shift linkage since you just lowered your car . i have had one bend on me and also have had the bushin dry rot out of it and it will do what you have described cause that will throw the alignment off for shiftin and make it hard to shift into a gear/and really sloppy shifts. . just another sugestion , cheap , easy to check.
