Default seafoam

Im a real nut about a clean engine, and I wanted to do the seafoam clean treatment. I was wondering if it really does work, and any do's or don'ts? I was going to pour some in through the vacuum line, or is it just better to mix it with your gas?

We (My Cousin and I) used it on a bunch of high mileage cars and yes, it worked wonders on most of them.
Some power resoration, better gas mileage, even ran a little cooler in a couple of the vehicles.

I don't know if i'd use it on a car with under 100K?

We did it through brake booster vacuum source, about 1/3rd the bottle. Then followed directions.

I have used it quite a few times. It is somewhere around $14 a bottle at Advance Autoparts.

Basic Instructions
1. Use a vacuum hose (running directly to your intake manifold/tb/etc) to suck approx 50% of the can while someone in the car keeps the engine reving(keeping it from dying).
2. Shut the engine off.
3. Pull the plugs.(This can be skipped)
4. Put more (just a little to make sure the tops of the pistons were wet) through the plug holes.(this can be skipped)
5. Let it sit for 15+ minutes
6. Take a shop vac and suck out the excess in the cylinder area (If #3 and 4 were skipped, then you can skip this one also).
7. Put the old plugs back in and fire it up
8. The 007 smoke screen will start up
9. Drive it for about 5-10 mins until smoke stops.
10. Put new plugs in because the carbon and cleaner can foul out the plugs. (And if you did #3 and #4, you might want to change your oil as well)
11. Enjoy the results

5$ at advance auto parts-

I feed 1/3 to 1/2 through the brakebooster, and let it sit for about 5-7 minutes then start it up, let it run for a few minutes and go for a ride.....haha...fun shit "007 Smoke Screen" is a good description!

I did this on a 88' 4.0 jeep cherokee with 235k. WOW what a fucking cloud!! I noticed an unbelievable differnace after the 2nd time though!!!
