Default S14 Driveshaft torque specs

Lately my car has had a lot of drivetrain chatter, and it's hard to get it moving sometimes. I recently got my clutch done and my friend suggested that maybe they didn't torque down the driveshaft bolts to the proper specs...so, anybody know where I can find the torque specs for all relevant bolts? And what size the bolts are? I've never actually looked at the driveshaft on my car, so, sorry I can't be more descriptive. That said any help or anything I need to know before I get under my car would be great. Thanks!

Didn't touch the flywheel because the shop said it was ok. And I'm regretting that now. That shop was kind of questionable anyway, but I needed it done and they were the only people that could do it affordably and in time. Basically, when I've been driving it around a lot, I have to be really careful with the way I release the clutch when I take off from a stop. Because if I'm not, the drivetrain shudders like crazy until the clutch catches. And if I push the clutch back in to try to stop it from shuddering, it makes a loud popping noise. So maybe it's a combination of things?

I don't know what the warranty is, but I'll ask them. I can't have them do any work though as I was living in Colorado at the time. It's been about three months since I've had it done, and I've noticed it before, but it's been really terrible lately. I didn't notice it immediately...only in the last month or so...it's really really bad going uphill haha...
