Default Rusted busted integra

My best friend (B16Rick) just bought an integra from michigan. Meaning: everything is rusted. We lowered the front no problem, but trying to do the back, the bolt that holds the strut fork to the control arm broke off. We dremeled off the nut and tried hammering the remainder of the bolt out, but it seems to be rusted solid to the center of the bushing. We are unable to replace the whole control arm because they bolts that hold it on are also rusted to their respective bushing and we can't take it off. Has anyone ever experienced this before and/or have any advice? Funny how we can swap a whole motor in 8 hours but it's taking days to lower this fucking car. As for now we're steadily drilling the bolt out with a carbide bit but it's taking a LONNNNG time. There must be a better way.

I had 2 days of fun with this one. Burned and drilled the bushings out. Cut 2 slits in the outter part of the bearing and air chizzled the two halves out. Went and bought new bushings and bolts and finally got on with my life.

Common problem with those control arm bolts. I dont think there is anyone that has ever done any kind of suspension work on civics/tegs that havent broken one of those bolts, lol.. I broke one of mine and had it air hammered out at a local shop (had to take the whole arm up).

PB is miracle in a can. Its a good idea to spray the area a little bit before you plan on working on the vehicle, just so it soaks in.
