This is mainly for Shannon, I think you'll have the most interest anyway.
A compression test revealed a blown motor from Hall Mazda... here's my plans now. After I sell the black car, the buildup of the FC begins.
-Pulling the AC, heater and power steering.
-Installing a full set of block-off plates.
-Gasket match all intake manifolds and mod the TB.
Cost so far is nill.
-Order an Atkins rebuild kit w/ 2 piece seals (~ $1000)
-Street port primary runners and half-bridge secondary runners
-Order a Haltech (~ $1000)
-Piece together an upgraded turbo system (~$2000)
-Finish the motor, install the turbo and Haltech, get it running and base tuned.
Now, I'm up to $4000... maybe $5000 for ANYTHING misc.
A clutch is included in that $1k for misc. The fuel system is going to be about $1k too.

Although it sucks, I can't wait to get this thing started.

Mike only wants $2k for that motor. I REALLY want to pick it up off him. I'd have to go all out though... turbo upgrade, fuel system and Haltech.
So, you wanna give me a hand once I have all the pieces of the puzzle man? It won't be for a month or two at least. That's if you're not shipped out.
