Well as the title says my integra master window switch keeps blowing the fuse everytime i use the passenger side(of the master window switch) switch. But when i use the passenger door side switch it works fine ....Any Ideas?

Take door panel and check wiring. Since your car is a conversion someone has been doing wiring work.

If you want, I can take a look at it if you give a ride...

did you check the VTEC solenoid?

seriously though...the fuse blows because there is excessive amperage in the circuit. This could be caused by high mechanical resistance in the window motor so check to make sure the window is un-obstructed and the slides are lubricated. More than likely though, there is some sort of short to ground in this circuit. The first thing you need to do is get a wiring diagram and then pop off your door panel. You can pull the fuse and plug a short finder light into its place. You can then unplug connectors starting at the ground side of the circuit and when the light turns on you have narrowed down the location of the short.( Ie.- between connector a and connector b. on the diagram)
keep in mind someone will have to be holding the switch while you are performing your diagnosis. If this is too much for you than take er somehere.

now i see that the window works fine from the passenger side. the key to this problem is going to be getting a quality wiring diagram and a diagram of connector and splice locations.

Wiring was pretty hacked in that car when it came though our shop. I would say it's a wiring issue so start there.
