Why don't you see what's working instead of just blindly replacing stuff? Grab a multimeter and start checking stuff. A relay is the easiest thing in the world to check, either it works or it doesn't.

It's a relay. Grab a multimeter and start testing.
There are only two things you have to check to either rule it out or decide it's bad. (I know there's three things, the first two tell you about the third, so no smart ass shit..)
1) Is the relay getting power? It obviously can't switch power it doesn't have.
a) Yes- Move to number 2.
b) No-find out why there is no power
2) Is the relay coil getting a switch signal?
a) Yes- Move to number 3.
b) No- Find out why there is no signal.
3) Is there power on the output of the relay when it switches?
a) Yes - I have no idea why your fuel pump doesn't work.
b) No- Your relay is most likely bad. Replace it.

When the key is turned to the on position, the pump doesnt prime. But when you crank the motor the pump vibrates it ass off. At the same time, no fuel is coming out of the pump.

Re: Replaced Fuel pump and still nothing!!!! WTF
So is the pump getting power through the relay..?
You still haven't said where the power stops. You seem to be guessing, not actually checking stuff. You could be done by now if you'd start troubleshooting and figure out what has power and what doesn't.
