Removing over-spray...
I had my front bumper re-painted last week thanks to a little contact with a curb when we had all that fun snow, and now I have some overspray down the sides of my car.
Does it have to be buffed out or can I remove it with just some paint cleaner?
I was going to use the paint cleaner soon anyways, but if it needs to be buffed out I'm taking it back to the guy who painted it.
Thanx

for overspray, if you can take it back, do, usually overspray has to be slowly buffed out so you dont burn the paint its oversprayed on, and when you burn it, you know, you'll end up repaintin that to... my sugestion from personal experience is take it back if you dont like it, let them fix it, that way if they screw up again, they fix it again, and you arent stuck paying to repaint a fender or other parts also.

If your car has been waxed in the last _ months then it shouldn't stick very well, and a clay bar or whatever should clean it off.

damn, that sucks. how long has it been there? if your answer is "i cant remember" or anything of the like, haha, then a claybar wont do it. but, if its a recent thing, take a claybar to your car and work the shit out of it. youll be pleased with the results.
