Anyone know of a shop around the 757 area that hooks up remote starts in manual cars??

Yeah... heh, i left my car in gear a few times... hit a bush once...

 

Due to liability issues, you won't find a shop that will do that for you.....and if you do, they will have you sign a form that waives their liability.

DEI actually makes a part now that will not allow the car to remote start unless something is done before you get out of the car. Its a series of putting on the parking brake and taking the car out of gear. If this series is not completed before exiting the car it will not remote start when you try to do it. Most people dont want to do this because it is kind of a hassle when getting out of the car just so you can hit a button to start it up.
