reliable way to get close to 180hp?
I've got an ef hatch with the d15b2 garbage dpfi setup.
what should I do to get close to 180hp?
ls/vtec maybe? what if I put the y8 head on the d15b2 block to bump up compression and add vtec, what would that get me? any other ideas?
i'm trying to stay away from turbo if at all possible since it's a daily driver... either way im getting a tune so that might make it more reliable, i dunno...

u will need quite a bit of work. 1st you will need to convert ur car to obd1, then you will need a turbo if you are trying to stay single cam, or you will need to come out of pocket and buy some hasport/innovative b-series ef mounts and will need a good amount of head work and tuning to hit 180whp. neither route will be cheap or easy really.

well if i cant hit that N/A without a ton of work, i'll probably just run the d15b2 do an mpfi swap on it and get a little turbo kit and tune it for like 6psi just to have turbo. lol dont want a boring na car so i might as well have a boring turbo car... at least it'll be turbo lol

There's more pride in doing it yourself than buying it stock. Besides its what I've got to work with. Why do anything when there's always something already made that's better. U make no sense.

No, YOU make no sense. Why the fuck would you want to waste money on a piece of shit that barley makes 180 when you can buy a better platform and make more power. And pride isn't going to matter for shit when a stock sentra stomps your ass.
