got a friend with a 03 srt4, ran decently. he drove it one night through the tunnel when it was raining, cold air was in, and now the car putts when the gas is reved above 2300 rpms...trying to figure if this is the turbo or even what else it could be? if it is, where would be the best place to get a new turbo put on. pm or post back plleasssee

tell him to check his plugs. is he running a boost controller?

Do a boost leak test.

I had a similar problem with mine it turned out to be a bad throttle position sensor. If that's the culprit it is probably throwing a code, mine was.

Tru, srt-4's are know for tps wires breaking because it sits right behind the radiators fan and is bombarded by alot of heat... he didnt mention any code though..

Tell ur buddy to turn the car off. put the key in the start position without starting the car, then fully turn off and on the ignition three times and if there are any ghost codes they will display the third time where the odometer is.

the code came up as p0633 which i found has much to do with nothing...still can't figure out whats up :X

You must have upgraded the ECU to a different stage to get that code. Did you go check the plugs as well ? to get rid of the code refer to the below paste again.
