Prelude injectors on Civic?
Would 97 Prelude Injectors direct fit with no mods on a 99 SOHC Civic??? And what is the flow rate of the Prelude injectors?

Yup, richer then shit
If you put those injectors in your air to fuel ratio will be off, so unless you have a huge CAI, or a turbo, or a high performance intake manifold, I wouldn't do it.
