Alright we all know civic power windows are shitt,

and im trying to convert my power windows to manual without buying new doors.

What steps should I take cause obviously I dont run into these problems everyday.

Do I just need to get new door panels and shit like that ?

Im assuming its easier to down to manual rather than converting to power windows.

I appreciate the info and time if given.

Are you too cheap to fix your power windows? Civic windows work fine, just get the right parts and fix them.

what kind of civic? and i agree with fabrik8.. it would be a lot simpler to just fix what's there instead of redoing the whole setup... you may need different doors. I'm not sure how the shaft comes through the door. I know you'll need door panels at least. most of the problems are the window tracks or motors, shouldn't be a hard fix. If you got some money I can do it

What model and year? Could be up for a direct swap if it works out.. and your windows aren't shit..
