i think the motor has some issuses. I say drop a GSR with a b16 tranny and call it a day. that should bring it down to 15 flat. build suspension..sub 14's one a bone stock motor. but that is me...so i have bomb ass suspension and a slow ass 240 haha.

that's what i heard...I hear people always talking about lz/vtec running anywhere from 13-17...not stable or consistant if you ask me. but if yo are running 14's and i didn't know about it my bad...but 15's or 16's isnt much to brag about in lsvtec...I would just go ITR or GSR.
