2001 civic ex
Issue: power door locks not responding to switch inside on door. I do not have keyless on it, but it does have the power locks. I hear a clicking noise under steering column and the fuse is good under the hood but still not working. The lock knobs go up and down manually fine, no tight-ness.

Any thoughts?

The switches on both doors have the same behavior?

There is only the one power switch on the driver door.

I'd suspect the switch works fine because you're hearing the relay click, but it sounds like the power to the lock actuators is not there. Find out what circuit the door locks are on, and check that fuse with a voltmeter to see if there is power there. Because none of the power locks are working, it's obviously going to be something that affects all of the lock actuators at the same time. That narrows things down a lot.

Oh, what happens when you turn the key in the door lock? Do the locks work then?

Just the door I am using the key in unlocks and locks.

Ah, ok. That would support that no power is getting to the actuators.

Cool, I'll check out the fuse under the hood for the power locks tomorrow for power.

Ok fuse under hood gets power fine and fuse is good also. Anyone know if it shares power with anything else? All other accessories seem fine.
