Ported and cliped 16 G or 18G?
Hey whats up guys im lookin for a new turbo for my 95 Gs-t and im wondering if anybody out there no which gets better results for street and ocasional drag racing a ported and clipped 16G turbo or go with the bigger 18G

if you can get an 18g, it flows more. Problem is 18g isn't very popular so it's oddly priced.
Depends on how much money you have, and what your goals are for your car. A 16g is a good "beginner" turbo upgrade, an 18g will give you more room to go faster, but you need to know what you're doing and get supporting mods.

I would go with the big 16g ported and clipped. I know a guy with an Evo V motor that has an 18g and he says that it has alott of top end power but he wishes he would have stuck with 16g which spooled so much faster and whatnot.
