Default Piecing Custom Turbo

I'm checking out parts for when I'm ready for a turbo upgrade. Other than what I have listed, what would I need or what adjustment do you think I need to make to the cost.
SS 61mm divided manifold (ext. wastegate) - $200
Garrett T04B, 60-trim compressor and 1.15 divided turbine - $500
Ford Powerstroke Diesel intercooler - $300
Greddy Type R wastegate (w/ all acceswories) - $200
Tial 50mm BOV (w/ all accesories) - $200

Those are definite on prices, or less. I rounded up all the prices I found and added in shipping costs already. The folowing is what I'm not sure of...
Downpipe fabrication - $200?
IC piping (just materials, DIY project, aluminum) - $200
Oil/coolant lines and fittings - $100

The turbo will be good up to 25-30psi and about 500hp. If I sell my 93 Rx7, this is the setup I'm looking at going to. A Haltech stand-alone and a fuel system upgrade will come also, but I'm not sorried about that, it's straight forward.

If you still need all the IC piping, I would just buy a brand new core. Check the store at www.overboost.com. They have all sizes.

Actually, I should not be supporting this if it involves selling the FD.

Well, it's 4 more years in the military or sell the FD. Both come out to about the same monetary value. I don't have to sell my soul away for 4 more year if I sell the FD. I can always get one later (which I plan to do). I can't get 4 years of my life back later down the road.

I agree. I would much rather you get rid of that sexy machine than to have to be our government's slave for another term.

There's not just one generic T04B. T04B is just a name for the "family" of turbos and they come in various sizes. The one I'm referring to has a .60 compressor and 1.15 turbine. That's alot bigger than a T28 could ever be. With an un-ported motor, I probably won't be able to spool that bad boy until 3500rpm or more.

to4b is the housing right? why not a to4e housing? its bigger i thought.
nissan t28 Specifications as found on stock s14 and s15
Compressor: T-28, 60 trim 60 mm BCI-1 compressor in T-04B housing

i'm not trying to fact slam your or anything. i'm just trying to get my facts straight. these nissan turbo specs are dead on. but i don't know if i understand the difference.

The turbo's bigger than I thought. How big is the turbine size also?
Yes, the T04B is just the housing. The B's are older (therefore, cheaper) than the E family. Rotaries seem to take very well to the B family of turbos. That's just part of the reason I'm choosing that, cost being the other.
