go buy a $50 water temp gauge from autozone just incase

You could have...
cracked sleeves
blown head gasket
ripped/torn hoses
cracked radiator
bad radiator cap
low coolant level
bad thermostat
or more....

get that gauge and make sure, at least you can add it to your cool gauges

good luck

Does your fan actually turn on when it should? You may have a bad fan switch so it may not be turning on at the right temp. Does the temp fluctuate depending on whether you're sitting still or moving?
If you've had your gauges for a while, and it just started doing this, I would look at the coolant temp sensor also.
