Default overheating problem

hello guys i own a 95 civic hatchback with a b18 w/t3 t4 turbo that i bought off here about a year ago it was a red hatch that was sitting on some delsol rims i bought from a guy named dan.here lately when i take it for a ride it tends to overheat when sitting at traffic lights it seems as tho if im moving it stays cool.Today it got so hot(didnt reach the red line but was on it's way there) that I had to pull over in a parking lot for 20mins or so to let it cool down.Should I cut part of my front bumper to allow more air to get to my FMIC would that help?I also have a new carbon spoon lip not sure if that is directing air away from the FMIC?Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Try getting a fan and putting it on the radiator and see what happens. the turbo generates alot of heat it could just be getting hot and the lack of a fan dont help,im sure the reason why your not getting hot while driving is because the air is cooling everything.but you deffinatly dont want to be driving all the time because that could get REAL ugly i can tell you from personal experiance
