Default Overboost?

I just got my boost gauge installed b/c im about to turn up the boost. I went for a drive and the Greddy Electrical gauge reads:
.5-.6 bar in 1st
.5-.6 bar in 2nd
Spike to .7 then back to .6 bar in 3rd.

My question is: Why am I making too much boost. Im at stock boost with no boost controller or anything.

the greddy doesn't read in Bar, i am almost positive it reads in kgf/cm2. 0.6 would be ~8.5 lbs, .7 is ~9.95 lbs. dont worry if it's just a spike, where it settles is what you should be concerned with. 1st and 2nd gear readings are worthless also, 3rd and 4th are what you want to pay attention to
