IFyour O2 sensor isn't hooked up you will have all kinds of problems, the ECU can't do it's job without an O2 sensor signal..

HOLY SHIT DUDE! No wonder your car isn't running well, you're probably running a 9:1 AFR. Your car is undoubtedly in limp mode, which just lets it dump asstons of fuel into the mixture to prevent damage. You MUST get a new O2 right now. This will fix a lot of problems. Then get it tuned to make sure you don't have any real problems with leaning out.

Good luck.

Hmmm...I don't think so, but it surely can't be helping. I was under the impression it was your one and only O2 not hooked up.

Someone who has dealt with OBD Hondas has to chirp in now, I'm pretty much out of my league on the specifics of the two sensors.
