Default no spark in cylinder 3

I was driving down the street one morning to work, and my car started to kinda sputter and then kick back in to driving right. I thougt it was the plugs. So i bought new plugs, new wires and everything, and now the car is running like a subaru. I pull the wire off of plug 3, and no difference in the sound of the car. What could that be???

when was the last time you changed your plug wires? wire three might be corroded to all hell... (thats best case scenario...)

start the car take the end of the plug wire that goes to the spark plug and put it near a bolt sticking out of the top of the valve cover at an angle so you can see wheather its sparking off of the bolt or not this is how you tell if the wire has spark hope this helps.
