buy a honda dealer tech manual...one with good wiring diagrams...
If you have changed all that stuff and you still don't have any results... i would be willing to bet you have a short of some kind. Check all your fuses and make sure they're all there. Time to troubleshoot some wires.

A lot of times the vss itself is not the problem. It is a lot of times the plug that gets corroded. Check voltages on the wire before the plug and at the plug. If that's the problem just get another plug.

thanks im going to try that ,what should the voltage be and which wire should i check, the yellow with a white stripe or all yellow

check your wiring/connector at the VSS, is the problem intermittent, does it happen all the time? Get the spec from a honda manual on the voltage signal to the sensor and check all your wiring and your connectors for the VSS diagram. If you cant find it from there i guess drive your car off a cliff
