Default Need some help testing wiring on a 93 civic....

I believe i have a wiring issue for two reasons

1.The car runs slightly rough on both this motor and the previous swap.(not as smooth as it should run)

2.The car struggles while idling,as if the IACV wasnt fully working to its specs.

So does anyone know how much power should be at the iacv, when both cold, and then when the engine is up to temperature?

Im looking for this information on all of the following, specifiaclly how to test for proper amounts of volts going to each plug according to wire colors.........

Iacv
Iat
Evap
Tps
Map
Engine temp sensor
and the Oxygen sensor

Laslty the distributor,is there a way to test the wiring going to each specific wire on the dizzy, such as the ignitor, cam position sensor, etc etc etc

any help is so greatly appreciated.......

I'd get a haynes or helms manual should have all those specs in there. and tell you how to test each one.

Thank you,its not much of a concern as of now. I mean the car runs fantastic,no cel's no hesitation, runs perfect, but at idle it runs rough up untill about 2k rpms. I just want to get it taken care of before something COULD happen.
