Flush your coolant system. Get a new thermostat (they are cheap) get a new water pump (easy to install) and get a new radiator. Why are you going to run around with a bad radiator?

If there are no leaks, it could be your head gasket.

If you still have ice in it, dont run it. If theres a possibility of it still being frozen, dont run it at all. Even though you could have already ruined the pump, you dont want to risk anything else.

Flush the system, refill with antifreeze, new thermostat, and then try again. If you get temp spikes then, its the pump or a really bad radiator.
