need help putting on new head
I can do it. They are both vtec head so the wiring should be the same, but you might want to get a ex ecu. Not sure though. I just did a head swap yesterday actually.

remove all vacuum lines off the intake manifold, unbolt the fuel line/return from the rail
remove the valve cover, loosen the timing belt tensioner and slip the belt off the cam gear
remove the distributor and unclip all the wiring harness plugs on the head/IM
break loose the 8 14mm head bolts and take the head off. thats basically all there is to it.
and make sure you have a descent torque wrench......and people, its not that easy for someone who has never even tried it, you have to remember the timing belt has to be taken off as well and they have to know what there looking at, if someone that never did this before were to try and do it, im sure they wouldnt know what top dead center is, or where the marks are at, they would pull it off and put it back on and the car would run like ass, theres torque specs and sequences and makeing sure your head bolt holes are clean and not filled with shit, hell im sure they would put the headgasket on upside down, dude, if you have never done this before or anything like it, dont do it....let someone who has some experience do it, i can do it if you need someone to but i dont work for free.....
