was it running to begin with or did someone say "yea, it runs.....it just needs a lil tlc...." if it did run and u know that for a fact, ide say check ur main relay...

 

he bought the car non running.. guy told him it just needs to be put back together and it is now

 

i would say check your ecu my civic was doing the same thing and it ended up being the ecu. a buddy of mines crx is doing the same thing and i want to say his was the destributor but im not sure if it was fixed or not.

 

$100 bucks to the guy to fix it

it is an f-20 lxi honda accord 88 5 speed
i have replaced

throttle body
ther. housing
radiater
injecters
clutch
distr.
coil.
wires
plugs

i can not get it to fire
no fire from the coil, i have checked the fuses and as far as i know they are good. i do not know what else to do. sombody help me please i got to get to work i am spending30 2 40 dollars a day getting to work help me please

 

replaced the ECU still have the same problem. NEED HELP ASAP

A very simple and free project would be to find the main relay, take the black cover off, and resodier all the sodier points.
Those Mainrelays were known to have the sodier break away from the board. so just dab a bit of sodier on each sodier point.
