Default NEED HELP: Fender Roll

If anyone on here knows how to roll your fenders to fit 17's let me know. And how much you'll do it for. I have a 96 civic, and the fenders just need to be rolled... umm I know you can just take off the rubber and do it with a baseball bat and then replace the rubber lining but I'd rather have someone who knows what they are doing to do it for me. thanks, brittany
