type r, unless you are gonna go with more of a built motor (higher compression etc), and id go ahead and get some springs and retainers while your swapping cams

well....if I were you and was gonna use the type r cams, id go ahead and get a set of skunk2 dual valve springs and tit. retainers, that way if you ever go more agressive your already covered as far as vavle train goes....just me tho
