I have oil pouring out of my bell housing of the tranny after car is driven. If its sits there there is nothing that comes out of it. Make a puddle about half a dollar big. Any one have any suggestions on what this could be?

I figured if it was the rear main seal that is leaking, it would be leaking when the car is turned on. It only leaks when it is driven though. Plus the oil level in the engine stays the same is is clean. Oil that is dripping out is real dirty,
