Default need help with 240 driveshaft

My friend owns an automatic 1995 240sx and wants to swap to a manual transmission. He was told that the driveshaft for the manual s14 was different than the automatic s14. so we found a manual transmission s14 that we could get the driveshaft off of. We tried to disconnent the driveshaft, but the 4 bolts that hold it to the rear differential wont bust loose. the bolts started to strip so we quit while we were ahead. other than drilling the bolts, does anyone know what we could do to disconnect it?????????

you don't remove it from the diff, there's another section in between the end of the tranny and the diff.

***We got the section that connects to the tranny(those 4 bolts came out fairly easy)
**The section that goes into the differential will not come out(the 4 bolts that hold it on are siezed up).
***Is there a way to disassemble the differential to disconnect the rear section of the driveshaft???
