you can take it out and put it in a bowl of hot water...about 160/180 degrees it should open...

or is your car not getting to temp? if its stuck shut you will over heat. if its stuck open your car will never get to operating temps.

Give us symptoms of what is going on with your cars cooling system. The first thing people think when there car overheats is the water pump or thermostat, every time I swear haha.

umm its pretty simple, remove the t stat.... and drive and see if the car stays cool

a thermostat is like 3 dollars stop being cheap, and you have a honda so it takes 5 minutes max to swap it out
