Yea, only thing I seen was repacking motorcycle mufflers. Couldn't find any local shops. Next step is to call some muffler shops and see if they can do it or know anyone.

I'm apparently a Google expert.

http://www.burnsstainless.com/muffle..._tutorial.aspx

It obviously isn't the same muffler, but the concepts all apply.

I seen that one, but that's more like a motorcycle one you can take apart. I know I got to cut the top of it. I was checking out this one which is the closest I can find. Only problem is that I don't have the pipe in the middle of my exhaust which i believe is the baffle like it does in the pics, thats even gone as well!

Why did you buy a muffler that you know needs repacking if you know you have to cut apart to repack? Was it free?

Almost, only costed me $20. Got it from my buddy. I just like the look of it.

Looks like it costed about $20 too much.I have cut a section out of the top of a sealed muffler before to repack it.Pain in the ass,and not worth it.If the muffler is so badly rusted out that the perforated tube is gone, you'll basically have to cut at least one end off of it,and weld in a new piece of perf'd pipe, then repack, then spot weld the end back on in a criss-cross pattern until it's all sealed up(to prevent burning the packing),then smooth the welded area that's visible when on the car.
In other words:not worth it.
Punch your buddy in the face for ripping you off, then get on Ebay and I'm sure for $30 you can find a sick ass JDM-as-fuck muffler.
